I would speculate that around a third of prognosticators will pick us.

I would have to say underdogs.  I think on paper the two teams probably have a pretty equal chance of winning, all things being equal, so home court puts them over the top.

On paper we don't stand a chance.  On paper is where 'Bron and Bosh do most of their damage...

On ESPN we're the underdogs.  7 out of 10 "experts" pick Miami.

Most fans are stupid (NBA Fans, not Celtic fans).  It's pretty [dang] even, but it really doesn't matter one way or the other

We're not favorites, but I wouldn't call us "underdogs" either. We're the 3rd seed playing the second. They're just slightly favored.  I think "underdog" should be reserved for teams that virtually no one thinks will win ie...Hornets/memphis.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
I think we will crush Miami 4-1 or 4-2.

We basically have to stop Lebron and Wade.
Bosh will be irrelevant because the best single coverage power forward defender in the entire league is on our team and playing his best ball in years.

They won't be able to run fast breaks like they do vs every team because we get back so quickly.
Only problem we may face is them having a few games where they get too many second chance shots and our defensive rebounding is poor, giving LBJ or Wade a 35-40 point game. (much like melo had the last series).

We are going to murder the Heat and put everybody on notice.
Kinda like Memphis almost did to the Spurs the other night.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
