I'm sorry, but I am so tired of going seeing the Lakers as the lead story every stinking day in ESPN's Daily Dime hoops page.  Jay Adande, we love you, but give me a break!!

Yeah, ESPN generally loves the Lakers (because a lot of fans love the Lakers), but I don't have any problem with them paying more attention to a surprisingly close series that's still ongoing over Chicago advancing or the Orlando/Atlanta series that no one seems to care much about.

Lakers and Heat, the medias biggest love fest. I never really understood why Boston is never in the media, or atleast compared to Lakers and Heat. Whatever, it frustrates me, but I kinda like it that way....makes victory 100% more tastier

The Lakers have been to the Finals the last three years.
The Lakers have won the last two Finals back to back.
The Lakers have one the the greatest basketball players of all time on the team.
The Lakers are in LA. They have a very large fan base. Most people find them a "sexy" team.

So are we really going to be shocked or mad that they get lots of news time?

I know that we all hate them. But the rest of the world loves them.
