Not that I'm surprised. Seems like they've been pretty fortunate the last couple of years.

Thunder are a much tougher matchup for them than the Spurs though so that's a plus.

Agreed -- pulling for that series to happen. It'd be a great battle.

Yeah, outside of the Celtics games, this is the matchup I'm waiting to see.

Thunder and Grizzlies might BOTH be tougher matchups for the Lakers than the Spurs.

Yeah, I think so too.

Spurs matchup poorly with LA + San An was an over-rated team all season long anyway.

I don't think the Grizzlies can beat them, but I think OKC can.  We'll see, though.

If Rudy Gay was healthy, I would be very optimistic about the Grizzlies chances of beating LA.

Alas, he is not. Too bad.

Wouldn't count the Spurs out yet.  3-1 is big, but it's not insurmountable, and they have the will to pull it off.

Although this does have a little bit of that Warriors-Mavericks feel to it...

Teams that are 3-1 in a series have an 8-186 record. San Antonio is just about cooked.

Yep.  Lakers over the Thunder in the WCF in 7.

Although I'm starting to believe maybe the Thunder beat them in 6.

Look at that... Charles Barkley actually predicted a series outcome correctly...

'09 he predicted Magic would beat the Cavs in the EFC. That's the only other one I remember

The lakers have looked very vulnerable, even when they have won.  Koby has lost something this year and it might just be age.  They can get taken out by the Thunder or maybe another team too.  Win or lose, they need to reorganize the core of that team to compete next year.
