CP3 by far, he's shredding the Laker's even when Kobe has been guarding him.
they thought that would give them a decent chance at guarding him since no one else could, look for him to go on a tear in Game 5 with whoever guards him especially if they try Kobe hobbled on one foot  ;D

His numbers are so deceiving. I watched him play against the Denver game 1. He plays like is has some ADD out there: basketball ADD that is uncurable. He took 23 shots while his center (Perkins) took 4, his 2 guard (sefolosha) took 1 shot.... must be mad frustrating to play with a PG who hoists those many shots.
yea haven't watched a whole lot of Thunder games but from what I saw, Perk goes at times not even touching the ball within the offense think that could bite them. we know scoring is not what Perk does but even just moving the ball he's gotta touch i t

This is kind of like voting for NBA MVP. A player on a team with more talent never gets as much credit.
Seems to me that most MVPs have had excellent teammates.

The more significant factor is good record.

CP3 is reminding everyone why he was thought of as a top 3 player in the NBA before his knee issues. It wasnt just his quickness that made him great.

He probably has about 70% of that quickness back but his feel for the game and running an offense is beautiful to watch.

I am so off the Westbrook -better-than -Rondo wagon.
I am not a fan of Westbrook. Horrible decision maker. Takes a ridiculous number of bad shots that end up leaving his teammates on the outside looking in. He is a player whose style will allow him to 'get his' and is a prime candidate to be overvalued. Liked him a lot more when I had watched him less.

One thing about chuckers like Westbrook and Melo - they will have games when they are unstoppable and everyone is amazed. But they will also have games where they take the same shots but miss most of them.

It is shameful to think of how we NBA fans started to take him for granted.

why? he was put on the best PG in the league pedestal after one great year and remained on that pedestal through 2 years of playing average and doing nothing until now the emergence of Rose...that said hes finally playing like "cp3" again and is a much better PG then rose when both at their best

Out of the options in the poll, CP3. He has really impressed me in the Lakers-Hornets series. Rondo has been impressive too, considering that horrid slump he was in the last part of the season. For awhile there, I thought he lost it. He has proved me wrong. Rose has been the least impressive of the quality PGs in the playoffs. I expected more from him. With that said, hopefully he has a speedy recovery from his injury so there will be no excuses for his play. Westbrook has been playing like he did in the regular season, so he hasn't really impressed me.

Chris Paul is keeping NO alive in a series that should have been decided last night. He's torching the two-time defending champs, and making the Hornets look much better than they really are.

I love Rondo, and I like him more than Paul, but CP3 is playing out of his mind right now. When Rondo pulls a triple-double or two on MIA/CHI, then I'll give him the edge.

There is no question. CP3 has been playing the best and is to me the best PG in the game. Many Rose fans got defensive after CP3's performance saying they still think Rose is better, but no one has said yet that CP3 was better. What makes it amazing for me to root for him is that his team is the true underdog. They're supposed to be swept in this round and the Lakers are supposed to blow them out, but it has been the complete opposite. It's gotten to the point where Kobe has to guard him and as seen from yesterday when Kobe guarded him the first half he had 0 points. Once he started to score and stopped guarding CP3, he went off. The fact that he's doing what he's doing with the resources that he have against the two time defending champs is amazing to me. He also last night became the only player since Oscar to put up the stats he did and as an added plus he out rebounded Odom, Gasol and Bynum. His total rebounds were Gasol and Bynum combined.

Rondo has been good too and has played well. I hope he turns it on during the Heat and make LeBron and his crew go fishing along with the Knicks.

Rose while a good scorer and bringing his team to the 1st seed, isn't as hyped up as I think he is. He's good, but not THAT good. I feel he has many more years to grow and will become better in years which can get scary, but as of now I will say he's MVP of the regular season, but I don't think he's the best point guard in the NBA.
