It's really difficult to stomach.  Giving up 3 shots with the game on the line made me a little ill - especially after playing such excellent defense to make the stops in the first place.

part of the problem is the defensive scheme - they tend to front NY's bigs so that opportunities to double are there, but then the bigs have inside position for offensive boards - also looks like a zone at times which naturally gives up offensive boards as well
