gotta keep the pressure on because the bench sucks and will lose 10 points off the lead when they come back in

Great play by Jermaine. Can't capitalize on it though.

Great defense again. Hopefully can capitalize. Yes. Pierce.

Then again. AMAZING defense by Rondo. Pierce with a 3 this time.

  • Another undersized Celtic...
Loving Rondo's energy so far.
I love it when he gets p---ed and feels the need to man up the best player on the floor!

Here we go again. The Celtics are not winning by 20, so everything is wrong. Settle down - the Celtics will win this game and probably by 10 or more. The only way that doesn't happen is if the refs choose to not let it happen. And if that is the case, we cannot do anything about it anyway.

The Knicks do not suck. Ok on defense they suck. But otherwise, they do not suck. This was always destined to be a tough series.

If they lose this game tonight, is it really the end of the world? Not by a long shot. The Celtics will be fine against the Knicks.

Its the end of the world for me. I'm a Celtics fan who lives in NY...this matchup is a nightmare come true.

Yes the bench isn't doing much, but for those who are trashing Jeff Green, he's got 3pts & 2rebs in 7 minutes. What do you expect him to do in 7 minutes? I'm not saying he's an All-Star, but what do you expect to do in those few minutes? He hasn't had anytime to find a rhythm. Pierce has 4pt 3reb and 1 asst in 19 minutes and is shootin just as poorly.

PP has made his presence known on the court.  He's set up a ton of scoring opportunities for his teammates.  Has set some killer picks.  Had a great block that lead to one of Rondo's easy baskets.  And he's played some really good defense on Anthony.  Carmelo didn't start scoring until Pierce went to the bench.
Stats don't tell the entire story.

I don't care who scores and neither does Pierce.  Let's just keep playing good hard basketball.  The rest will take care of itself.
