Pig Baby is totally costing us the game. No effort at all and really bad decisions.

No Chauncey. No Amare.  No 12 point deficit.  Not a good half -- but things looking better than they did on Sunday.

Do you think if Baby fouls out Doc will try to sneak him into the game?

This is just getting ridiculous.  Why Baby came in to begin with is beyond me.

Who you going to put in there instead, though?  Krstic?  Jeff ****' Green?  Dropkick?  Play KG and JO 42 minutes each?

I think I have the rhythmm of the series down now.  do not watch 2nd quarters ... do NOT watch second quarters . . .

This is going to sound negative, so if that's not your thing, skip this post.

Okay.  I'm genuinely worried about this team.  I'm not sure if you guys remember last year, but in the Heat series, it seemed very clear to me almost immediately that the team was playing in a different gear.  They just looked a lot better once the playoffs started.

This year...  not so much.  This team still looks as erratic -- and at times, downright bad -- as it did at the end of the regular season.  I'm worried that there is no "switch", that what we see is what we're going to get.  If that's the case, I'm not sure that we're going to like how this season ends.

Anyway, I'll still be hoping that they kick it into the next gear.  The talent is there, without question.

I agree...and I'd said something similar after our last win.

The D is good overall, but the Celtics got lucky on that last missed.

Every time the offense stagnates, the players start to get frustrated with one another. This affects the defense.

Davis is simply not putting himself in the right position.

What's sad is that we can't take KG out. I'm afraid we have too many players along for the ride this year and not enough contributors. Our bench pales in comparison to what it was in 2008.

They looked pretty bad in the first game of the Heat series last year though. They were down 14 at one point during the thrid quarter (and went on to win the game). Game 2 they were obviously a lot better as they blew them out and game 3 came down to the wire.

I don't know, I think it might take a few games for the Celtics to come together. Just my opinion though...

Let's also not forget in 2008 they lost 3 games to Atlanta, 3 games to Cleveland (one by 20), 2 games to Detroit (one by 20), and 2 to LA.  So let's not romanticize the past and think that this team used to be indestructible when Perk was here.

BBD and Green bring nothing off the bench. Neither does Krstic. Our bench is sooooooo bad right now..

At least Krstic gives 100% when he sucks on the court.
