I don't see Shaq starting against the Knicks since he's been out for so long over JO who has been playing.

I'm guessing...

PG: Rondo/West?/Arroyo
SG: Allen/Wafer
SF: Pierce/Green
PF: Garnett/Davis
C: J. O'Neal/S. O'Neal?/Krstic

Street clothes: Bradley, Murphy, Pavlovich

PG - Rondo, Delonte
SG - Ray
SF - Pierce, Green
PF - Garnett, Davis
C - Jermaine, Shaquille

The final three players should be Arroyo (just in case Delonte's sprained ankle acts up), Von Wafer and Nenad Krstic.

Can't disagree much with this.

Although, perhaps Sasha (defense, 6 fouls) instead of Wafer?

Von Wafer's offense is more valuable than Sasha's defense in this series.

New York only have one wing player capable of creating his own offense (Carmelo Anthony) and Paul Pierce + Jeff Green should have no problem splitting those duties. Outside of Melo, it is Bill Walker and Landry Fields. Not much for Pavlovic to do there. Von Wafer's dynamic play offensively offers more against them.

Then small ball lineups where Toney Douglas and Chauncey Billups play together in the backcourt and Von Wafer is more useful defensively against quicker guards than Pavlovic.

I'd go with Von Wafer for the time being but likely recall Sasha Pavlovic for the Miami series.
