Alright, so we play the Knicks in round 1.  Should winning on Wednesday be a priority?  Is it more important for the starters to get rest or to get some confidence and beat the Knicks?
do it

not having any key player suffer an injury is first priority.  resting the starters is the second priority.

there is nothing else that matters about wednesday's game, imo

No importance to the game at all.

Nope. The coaching staff doesnt think like fans do, all the starters are sitting.

No, the game between the little peewees at halftime carries more significance.

I wouldn't be surprised if Doc, Ed Lacerte, and the rest of the coaching staff played instead of the team.

Not at all. I wouldn't be surprised if both sides rested their starters...though you never know with D'Antoni.

Completely meaningless outcome. All that matters is getting new bench players more comfortable with the system.

Yeah, this game really means nada. They're already locked into the #3 seed, what's left to really play for?

Sit the starters. Start some Celtics fans for all I care.  :D

Most of the bench guys could use the run

It is important that our players stay healthy and the starters keep resting. These playoffs cant start soon enough for me!

yep, keep on resting up at this point. Maybe give the healthier starters about 20-25 minutes of action.

No, its not important.  But, they can make the most of it, if it helps Green and Krstic to gain a little more confidence before the playoffs.  And who knows, maybe they could even get Murphy on track to the point they might feel comfortable throwing him out there in an emergency.

Nah - there's a strong chance Stoudemire and Billups will be sitting, in addition to whatever we do with our guys.  Though I'm guessing Doc will want something vaguely resembling our regular rotation for the last game of the year.
