Do you really think they would want to go from their young athletic teams to an old, slow, unathletic half-court style team? Heck no! I feel that Rondo is begging to be traded because he no longer can run because this team is so darn slow. The only person that would work and would work wonders for this team is the one and only Nash...so that is  who yall should be hoping for not some young stud.

I'd rather have Chris Paul than either. He's a conventional PG, which is what this team - as currently constructed - needs.

Rondo at full force is what we need though. Whether he has the intestinal fortitude to step up starting next week remains to be seen. He's clearly lacking motivation right now. If it's the trade, get over it already. If he is taking a cue from the vets and mailing it in until the playoffs, he can prove that soon enough.

The rest of the team can't keep up? Rondo is usually the most lethargic player out there.

 ???

15 assist a game with an even slower team disagrees your rondo statement

Sometime i feel ray paul and kg with rondo and shaq not inviting jeff green from time to time, sits in their hotel room reading celtics blogs and think, hey... lets pull a lose tomorrow.. will be fun to see what this guys think about us
hey rondo please slow down
we cannot let all people think we are invincible, they play us harder when they think that
and one game of advantage is never bad.

why run with an old team..he is doing it purposely. this year especially. with TA he could but he is gone and year later and a team older makes one lose their legs. I doubt Rose and Westbrook would want that. Sorry.

Chris Paul is another option I forgot seeing as he doesnt have any legs anymore. So yeah either CP3 or Nash.

I am wondered how Tony Allen sudenly becomes the next coming
of James Worthy

p.s. 9 out of 10 pgs in the league would dream to play with cps and nash brains without hands.

Oh I'm definitely not putting CP3 or Nash down if that is what you are suggesting.  They are my two fave PGs and hands down the best in that role in its truest sense. Nash doesn't have a long career for no reason and CP3 will certainly enjoy a long career. It's actually the athletic PGs that will turn out like Iverson, Starbury, and Steve Francis. That's why I feel they would fit this team better than the Roses and Westbrooks of the league. We don't need speed and athleticism but high bbiq, court vision, and great passing ability.
