freaking Hawks are too stupid to help out. Of course the C's could have just taken care of business vs them and not needed their help. bleh.
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

Very encouraged by JO tonight.  Not only did he put up a double double with 4 blocks, he also played 30+ minutes.  If he can do that in the playoffs, even if Shaq can only go 15-20 mpg, we have the 5 spot totally covered.

My only question is why Doc waited so long.  In a back to back game where we rest our starters Doc can play JO 30 minutes, but he could only play 14 minutes against Miami in arguably the biggest game of the season?  I know he had foul trouble, but it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to me.

looks like they've played their bench extensive minutes tonight. and the heat are barely beating them. i'm telling you, miami whupped us yesterday, but that was the best game they'll play all year.

Avery Bradley is a -22 in only 6 minutes.  That's difficult to do lol.

that's ridiculous. green and JO were fouled a few times on that play, and arroyo barely touched wall. the refs should be ashamed of their job tonight. they have literally given washington every break tonight.

That play sucked.  Donny might not like the call, but in an era where hand-checking isn't allowed, Arroyo can't be draped all over Wall.

Bizarre call. Bad call. And Wall gets 3 free throws...
