C - Jermaine vs McGee
PF - BBD vs Blatche - advantage Washington
SF - Green vs Mo Evans - advantage Boston
SG - V.Wafer vs Crawford - advantage Boston
PG - D.West vs J.Wall - advantage Washington

C - Krstic vs Seraphin - advantage Boston
PF - T.Murphy vs Yi - advantage Boston
SF - Pavlovic vs O.Jeffers
SG - Bradley vs L.Owens
PG - Arroyo vs M.Shakur - advantage Boston

The Celtics should win this game. Their bench isn't great but Washington's is miserable.
you could do the same thing with the celtics and heat, and you could argue the only two positions the heat had an advantage in are SF and SG, but that didnt stop them from beating us by 20+

Looks like the bench has adopted the starters mindset of "get up early and then suck the rest of the way"

We cannot buy a whistle.  >:(
doing so would inevitably result in a foul call on us.

Kuberski is right. Since Daniels went down, Doc can't get any quality minutes from anyone off the bench.

He looked great those last two plays, though.

I like to go hard on players if they score 8 points in a row after that!  ;)

And we are starting to get some whistles our way.

Yeah. I've been arguing that, too. Quis is so versatile on offense and an excellent defender. He made the rest of the bench better.

I would like to see Jermaine O'Neal (Blatche) and Nenad Krstic (McGee) get some minutes together tonight.

It's not Delonte's fault that he's struggled.  He's just missed so much time.  He's a [dang] good backup and I still think he can help.  I'm just saying that collectively, the bench has failed since Daniels injury.

Why do we run most of our plays through Green here, and Big Baby when are proper starting 5 are starting and the bench come in??

This just further consolidates my belief that Green is far superior than Davis on the offense end, along with the 3 bricks I've seen him launch.
