i would like to thank the big 3 for the last few years. they brought the Cs back to being important. With that said, the run is over. They aren't even close to the heat and the bulls.

the run last year was so great but i think this playoffs will be the opposite....very quick

for the 1st time since we got KG and Ray, I feel like our window has closed.

Ditto. what is worse is we put our hopes on the O'neal brothers to keep it alive, yet we get zero contribution from them to at least win home court in the regular season. How many players made little contribution in the regular season and came and won a championship for their teams.

Assuming they lose this game, I shut down Rondo, PP, KG, Ray, Pig Baby and JO till the playoffs.  That's the best chance at this point.  Nothing positive comes out of playing out the remaining 3 games.

Why bother waiting. They have taken the day off today, anyway.

I really really want the C's to fail miserably in the playoffs just to see the optimists' and the C's (especially Ainge's) reaction.

See, these are the comments that lead to people calling others "bandwagon jumpers", and the like.  If you feel this way, it's better to keep it to yourself.

This is sad, frustrating and almost unprofessional.

If this is the level of grit and energy for an important game like this, I think Doc has no longer control of the locker room.

With people walking the floor, we can head directly to the exit door.
The Celtic in me.

Ugh, I'd rather the Celtics win than prove to other fans that I was right, but that's just me.

You know I thought about this but no. I want this team to win. They deserve to win. None of the personnel changes were their fault. I would much rather them win than for me to be right about this trade. But even so if we do bring home banner 18 it will be DESPITE the trade. Not because of it.

this team has aged quickly the last 2 months. they look spent in every manner.

Where was that team in San Antonio. Please, I want that team to show up.
I wouldn't even be proud of that SA win they were in a bad stretch on top of that all coming back from injury

If Doc had any guts he'd send them to the locker room right now. Shameful, shameful performance.
Never stop believing baby~

Dwyane Wade's defense has been excellent tonight.

He has locked down Ray Allen, played superb help defense and made a couple of spectacular defensive plays in transition.

The worst part isn't that this team sucks. It's that they don't care that they suck. They decided in February after the trade that their run was over and that was it.

In fairness, Shaq made a large contribution to this team's regular season record.  He did everything in his power, and then his body broke down.

Correction:  the window has been closed by Danny.

In all seriousness, though, we have four Hall of Famers and an all-star on the team.  Anything can happen in the playoffs if they rediscover their spark.

the spark is in ok city. the sad thing is I told my son this morning the way this game would go...and it has gone exactly how i explained it. get out quick early...heat would hold a 5-7 point halftime lead and then they would blow the Cs out in the second half. this team is so predictable
