Do we read anything into Kristic playing at end vs Baby?

Not necessarily the end, but his play does seem to improve exponentially with the minutes (and time with the starters)  he's given

He won the coin flip on the bench for playing out garbage time?
Baby has sucked recently.  They actually did a nice job closing the game out tonight.

Great game from the starters tonight...pleasantly suprised by their 4th quarter play on a back to back, although it is the Wizards.

Should be an interesting game on Sunday, looking foward to it.

Krstic had a nice game on offense, since McGee doesn't play real defense, but just jumps about trying to get blocks.

It was sort of a statement game from Rondo, who at least played with urgency, if not consistency (to many turnovers). 6 of 6 free throws showed that his head was in the game. To bad it was against the team with the worst road record in the NBA (and not yesterday).

6 turnovers tonight for Rondo. He's going to have to do better than that.

20 pts on 7 of 12 shooting (plus 6 of 6 at the free throw line), 14 assists, 6 steals. Does he have to cut off his arm and put it into the basket to get a compliment from you or Megatron? ::)

The bench was again a negative, which is why starters played so many minutes.  They just can't depend on these guys.

Arroyo stunk tonight.  And the Murphy signing just didn't work out.  4 rebounds from non-starters and they struggled once again at the start of the 4th quarter.

I missed tonight's game.

Why only 6 minutes for Delonte?

Am I right in assuming JO was just being rested on a b2b game?
Yup

Delonte got ejected after getting 2 technicals.

Not a real pretty affair tonight from the Garden.... But at least Rondo had a nice 4th Qtr to boost the Celtics with needed energy to close out the game. Jeff Green just can't seem to get in the flow of the Celtics offense. I would like to see him start with KG, PP, RR, and Ray this Sunday. Who does Miami start at Center? Baby needs to play no more than 20 minutes at this point. He is playing poorly at both ends (poor rebounding skills, poor physical mathups, has to resort to Shooting). Get Murphy in their for Baby's minutes for the love of the Irish.

Losing Delonte, destroyed our guard rotation. Carlos Arroyo had to do point duty and could not get it done.

Celtics got the W but their level of play is simply not where it needs to be. It will probably show up in Miami.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

This.
Recurrant problem.  We can't depend a lick on the bench and any lead the starters get is negated very quickly once the bench comes in the 1st half.  Second half rinse a repeat.  Then the other team gains confidence while the starters press to try to gain some ground.  Isn't this obvious to everyone by now?

This team is what it is.
There's no other gear.

We can't even blow out the 3rd worst team in the league.

This will be a quick spring. More time for yard work.

I'm sure you felt the same way when we couldn't even beat the Nets last year.

Not really, but we'll see. I'm sure you think we can "flip the switch". Different team. No playoff team fears us this year. I wish they did.

I'll be happy if we can get past the second round.

I don't think anyone feared us going into last year's playoffs either.  As a matter of fact, I think part of Cleveland's problem was they didn't fear us enough.
