Sometimes I think Rondo and Big 3 aren't on the same page. Even more so now that Perk is gone.

I agree with Rondo this isn't the same team.

This is a BETTER team than last year.

We already have more wins than we did last season.

Last year's team was way more mentally weak through this period of the season.

They didn't find their mental toughness until the playoffs started.

So far this current season, this team has played with mental toughness all season long.

You don't win all those games earlier in the season throughout all the injuries and revolving players through that locker room....without strong mental toughness.

Once again, everybody around the NBA knew it has been over for us since the trade deadline fiasco.  This board was the only place people were holding out hope.

We just have no post presence - you can't win in this league like that

Considering we dominated the league in November, December and January without Perkins (nor an effective JO), I don't believe that's the reason for our struggles. It's mental and/or physical, it's not a talent issue.

Shaq will definitely help, but we still should be playing much, much better.

I do agree that the issues are possibly more mental than physical...but the reason for the mental issues still go back to the trade.  These guys lost their brother and they didn't deal with it at all

And it effected Rondo more than any of them.  So maybe Rondo should look in the mirror and ask himself what he's waiting for?

Without a big man out there, KG is not going to pull those antics. He just needs to play basketball and leave the 'punking' to JO or...gulp..shaq.
