His comment after the game tonight.  He added, they may not be completely healthy and they may not be a Cohesive unit.  That is coming from Mr. homer.

Yeah, when Tommy is pointing out stuff like that you know something is really wrong.

We'd be in good shape if there were still a couple months left in the regular season.  With 4 games left, we're in big, big trouble.

Marshall is so bad.  The king of excuses.

They may not be completely healthy?  They may not be cohesive? Wow. There's some really insightful stuff right there. I mean that guy must know a lot about basketball.

My point is even Tommy does not sound optimistic

Well of course not.  The team is injured and non-cohesive.  Therefore there's nothing to be optimistic about.  Except that mythical switch thing.

Chemistry looks flat.

You can't blow up half the roster in mid season.

What were they thinking?
Celtics' turn on switch for the playoffs: the last bastion of hope for battered Celtic fans.

We weren't completely healthy earlier in the season, and yes we were trying to incorporate new players we had acquired in the offseason.

I think losing breeds a lot of "poor chemistry".

Winning breeds "good chemistry".

If you take a look at our top 4 players pre and post trade that should tell you the main story of why we are struggling as a team.

i think if boston loses tomorrow or sunday they rest the starters the rest of the way. accept the fate of the 3 seed and try to get rest

Tommy is a huge homer when it comes to the refs and overrating young players, but he pretty consistently says something when they're underperforming.

In this case - he's not wrong to be concerned but other than the end of the Hawks game we've had a pretty solid stretch prior to tonight.  After the trade, cohesiveness was always going to be a question mark for the playoffs, and no one knows how it'll shake out until it happens.

But I'm not hitting the panic button and I doubt Tommy or the team are either.  We just have to see what we can learn from this one and move on.  Can't play the season backwards.

considering its a back-to-back and the wiz are awful and have a lot of players injured, should we maybe consider starting the bench tomorrow night? just to get them more minutes and get our starters some rest.

I'm actually not that concerned about the loss to the Bulls.  I give those guys credit.  I think they are a legit contender.  They caught us, hungrier, and with way more passion and energy on this night.

1st seed was probably more or less out of reach anyway.  Number 2 is still very much in reach despite that loss.  Obviously, we have to get through the back to back minefield of an atrocious Wizards team tomorrow, and then there's another big game Sunday that could really help us put this spanking behind us.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

Ray really has a hard time getting open. Not through lack of effort.  His decline continues to hurt our chances. Bulls' defense on him was exceptional.
