  • Rondo = Good
Yeah.  They always played us tough before Rose became an MVP candidate, Noah developed into a really solid starter instead of just an energy / garbage guy, and they added Boozer to the mix.  Now they're really just too much for this old team with a weak frontcourt.

If the Celtics make it to the Eastern Conference Finals, it's going to be ugly.

They've played great ball all season. I was disappointed with the C's tonight. I never got the impression they were into the game as much as Chicago.

The guard play has me worried. I hope Ray and Rondo are just saving their legs. If not the C's are cooked. They won't get very far with that kind of play.

I really think this Chicago team is the one matchup where Shaq is looking 100% necessary.  They just are so tight defensively, but the one thing they don't really have an answer to is a power big man like Shaq (or Howard...which is why I am not sure Chicago gets past Orlando anyways).

No matter what though, I am beyond impressed by this Bulls team.  They execute as well as any team I have seen.  I am still skeptical whether they will have that extra gear in the playoffs.

I would be worried if Rondo had actually come to play today. It's quite obvious he didn't. But he's not the only culprit, but the most important one.

Bruh did you see the game thread???? a lot of people said we're gonna lose to Miami in the second round and how we need to get rid of rondo in the offseason and all that crazy talk. and No I aint happy with this game but I'm not talkin ridiculous and say this team sucks. It was some easy shots missed and bad peremiter defense BUT we have a game tomorrow I wont eat cookie dough and cry my eyes out because of this game

Exactly.  I think the C's defense will be just fine against them, and they can take Rose away with a little more gameplanning.  That Bulls defense is going to be hard to beat though, if they are that locked in.

Looking forward to seeing what the reason was for Rondo not showing up tonight. The Bulls are a better team than the Celtics right now.

The Bulls roster is constructed pretty darn good.

People and the media act as if the Bulls only have Rose...but you look at the other pieces and then you look at their new coaching staff and their guys on the bench....wow they got way more than just Derrick Rose.

lls wat???? their bench is trash Rose Boozer and Deng were the only ones to score in the second half and the only time Boozer was scoring was when KG was outta the game Deng got loose cuz Pierce's defense was lazy but he's not gonna consistently pump out 23
