Just read the last few posts talking about Rondo not doing anything.

He is putting in a ton of effort on D but he is getting picked off over and over and isn't getting much help underneath.

Rose is really good. Think about Paul on Lebron. Neither of those guys are gonna stop an MVP caliber player like that. We need better team defense and make them work

Rondo did a pretty good job on Lebron last time we played Miami...

yeah dude 22 points (just under 50% shooting) 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Shut him DOWN.... seriously though i dont know how to respond to this unless it was  a joke

It was...but I did appreciate his effort lol

Jermaine O'Neal only played 7 minutes in the first half.

This is going to be a very tough game to win without Shaq if JO isn't able to play long minutes. The Celtics just don't have enough presence on the interior, defensively or on the glass, as a result.

Chicago should win this game due to this situation. They are the better team.

I feel like Rondo's jump-shooting has been even worse lately than usual. There is absolutely no reason for the bulls to stay up on him.

This isn't really a good analogy, because 1. Paul isn't supposed to be the best defender at his position...2. Paul isn't still in his athletic prime like lebron, and 3. Paul isn't considered (by most) to be in the same tier of players as lebron (at this stage in his career).

If your going to put Rondo in the "best PG" debate with Rose AND recognize him as the best defensive PG, then he needs to be able to slow Rose down more than he has so far...even when isolated.
