The plays where we miss LAYUPS to cut it to 1 or 2 just kill the whole game for us IMO. I can't stand this!

O'Neal needs to dunk that, so many missed layups this half

way too many missed 3s too

Garnett has been the only consistent hot hand this half

With 10 points, no less.

Not good but could have been much worse..Only 5 point defecit, very manageable but we have to make a move in the 3rd because Rose is going to take over in the 4th..

Playing like "Jeff Green" and were only down 5. I can live with that. Now let's play some basketball in the second half, yeah?

It is literally a one man show out there for the Bulls. If Rondo would just learn to stay in front of Rose we would be up in this game.

very disappointing first half in such a big game....4 or 5th game in a row where the opposing PG has been able to get to the rim at will. that is a major issue that is not being fixed

Rondo definitely isn't as aggressive as he has been the past few games. Hopefully he will change that in the second half

Rose: superior offense
Rondo: superior defense

so far, offense is winning. and it seems like even when Rose gets a miss, it always results in an offensive rebound. goes to show, DRIVING WORKS!

  • Another undersized Celtic...
Is there a sign in the lane saying open for business? No one stopping rose. I am thrilled to only be down 5
No none has stopped Rose this season--that's why he's pretty much walking away with the MVP.

Honestly who doesn't Rose get to the rim on?

Tonight Rondo is gonna have nightmares about Rose doing whatever he wants..

But I don't know how, we're still in the game.

Bottom line is Chicago is the best team in the East - in both record and reality - and the Celtics are down 5 after playing sub-par. I still think Chicago wins, but this is not the most discouraging half I have ever seen.
