I hope he is able to play this year. We need him to keep Davis in the 20 minute mark. Tonight we've seen why BBD is not a starter in this league, he played 30 plus minutes and he was exhausted.

Murphy can score, but he is worse than Nenad on D. The Celtics need interior defense badly.

Any news on Nenad's MRI?  Haven't been able to find anything yet?

Got this from Twitter today

@PseudoElite Nothing new on Krstic. He's having the MRI this afternoon. Should have something later this evening.

Sherrod now says according to Ainge, Nenad is now day to day. Great news I think!

if Ainge said he's day to day then I guess so, but Sherrod didn't mention the MRI, this is exactly what he posted:

"According to #celtics prez of basketball ops, Danny Ainge, Nenad Krstic is now listed as day to day."

Sherrod Tweet.

Seems like no other details were revealed, but that seems like very good news. I think a lot of people feared a season ending injury, thank goodness.

Now let's hope that's the last [dang] injury of the season, what a bumpy ride it's been.

From the Celtics: The MRI on Nenad Krstic today was negative. He has a bone bruise to his right knee and is listed as day to day.

Yeah just saw that. Great news really, thank goodness.

Just rest him until the playoffs and he can share minutes with JO and Shaq. We might just have a chance with a few miracles.

So let's assume Shaq and Nenad return within a few games, the only injured player will be Murphy. What's the news on him?

He's been day to day for a while I think with his sprained ankle.

I really don't know if Murphy is gonna see any playing time at all.

He was so good on paper, big man who can rebound and shoot the 3. He's been dreadful so far, I hope he shakes off his rust.

Wow, fantastic news.  I was expecting the worst.  We need all the center depth we can get.

Great news indeed, I was expecting the worst.

However am I the only one kind of worried about the "day to day" thing? I mean, with the way Shaq has been day to day for months, it could be a while before we see Krstic back.
