So he misses 1 free throw tonight and his second one overall since the all-star break and he misses a lot of clutch free throws???? smh the nature of celticsblog is ridiculous

It wasn't the first time this has happened...
you're not making sense so who would you rather have at the line?

PP, who hits more clutch shots and has a higher FT%.

Ray's shooting 86.5% from the FT line on this year, and in "clutch" situations, he's shooting 87%.

In the 09-10 season, Nash and Allen were both tied at 89% FT shooting in clutch situations and in the 08-09 season he shot 96%.

Seems pretty decent to me.

That isn't enough in such a big game like this.

Well, what can you do? Sometime you just miss...for the most part he's been perfectly fine in these situations.

It's not like you can question whether he practices them or not. That much is obvious.

Maybe he needs to practice less...

I call ducktales on that Pierce is my favorite player but he doesn't shoot a higher percentage then Ray

Am I looking at the wrong numbers here? I'm on yahoo and it has Ray Allen shooting 88.8% and Pierce shooting 85.8%.
do it

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Because if he was anymore clutch playing him late in games would be considered unfair and cheating.

The FT don't concern me at all, but to me Ray Allen is really off lately.
he doesn't do anything on the floor he's like invisible.

He does it for ubuntu, because Rondo would feel miserable, like a non-fat girl who always thinks she's fat, if Ray Allen never missed a free throw.

Ray is shooting the worst free throw percentage of his career, I think which is not saying a lot because he's still really good.  But he has missed some clutch free throws this year.

Wow. Washburn doesn't make this up out of nothing.   RA is p@#$d  at who, Doc?  Rondo?   Certainly one of his fingers is pointing at Pierce:
