NBA just released a video on Rondo and his elite ball fakes.  Thought some of you might appreciate this with all the sourness toward Rondo lately.

Most of the sourness is because he stopped doing all this. Has he been slowed down by injury? Is it something else? Go figure.

Definitely hasn't been playing up to par lately, no doubt about it (although I feel the last 2 games, he's played better.)  But I think people are kind of over reacting to the string of bad games he's had.  Ray seems to have a stretch like this EVERY season.  This is the first stretch where Rondo hasn't been too great in his career... I think people should cut him a little bit of slack considering all the good things he does for us when it matters.

"Rondo's so hard to keep out of the paint." --If only. He never attacks it anymore....

But in any case, cool video. Glad to see other players respecting him.

When was the last time we saw Rondo do any of those signature moves?  Or when was the last time he even hit one of those floaters that were Parker-esque.  He's only taken maybe 10 on the year.  Missed 2 last game, one of them costing the game.

I'm starting to think his play has been a smokescreen.  He's got everyone playing 10 feet off him so when the playoffs come around he's gonna be dropping 30 a night.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Can't wait for the playoffs to see more of this.
Imagine if he could/wants to do all this but Doc's telling him to keep it locked inside. It'll be like opening Pandora's box for other teams when it gets unleashed/unlocked.
