So this has been bothering me for quite some time now.  I was nagged by this ever since we drafted West but it was quickly forgotten when he was traded to Seattle.  And now that he's back, I've GOT to know what the heck is this mark on his face, below his left lips.

When he was a rookie, I thought it was a cut from summer camp.  But now I'm thinking birthmark?  Don't take this to be an insult to West but I just need to satiate my curiousity.  If anyone knows what it is, thank you!

That's a funny thread title.  Clearly, though, from that picture you posted, it is evident that Delonte's face hasn't hurt him too much with the ladies.

DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

He's an NBA player.  I am guessing even guys like Sam Cassell and Tyrone Hill "succeeded" with ladies most guys can only dream about.

It can't really bother him too much, he's probably got enough money to get it removed.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

I think he likes it. He actually paid money to add another mark to his neck.

No offense to any "ladies" but $ & fame is > looks in quite a few off their books.

Not saying all...dont get me wrong.  I am broke as Antoine Walker and can still get the "ladies"  :P

Delonte has never had any problems with the ladies...believe it or not the females tend to like how he looks.

He has a nice body... he does have a leprechaun face though. Money helps him I'm sure, but to me his personality seems to be great... money or not.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

He didn't have any trouble in high school or college either.. though that could just be the fact he was a popular athlete.
