Tommy is dreadful tonight. KG intentionally shoulders Martin to retaliate for earlier foul on Baby and Tommy starts yelling. KG knocks over a guy to clear the lane for Rondo and Tommy yells again. Clueless.

Need to give Martin more open looks.

Okay so now this is decision time for Doc.

A. Still try to get back into the game

B. Live to play another day since it seems that some are playing "hurt" and the starters could really use some rest

I vote B.

Rondo a sweet 2-10 tonight.  He looks horrible and Garnett is totally uncomposed tonight.

New plan:  forfeit the remaining 15 games, and spend the remainder of the season resting and practicing.

It will make us stronger for the playoffs, and since "the future" is so important, it will get us a better draft pick.

kind of feels like they are already doing that

... except we're sending out an obviously-not-right Rondo every game.  I don't get it.  If we're going to play games with no effort or heart, why insist on playing your banged up stars?

Doc should just take out the starters and give the bench free reign.

Become Legendary.

  • Rondo = Good
Doc really needs to sit Rondo for his own sake. This is painful to watch him play injured.

yeah . . . if necessary, sit him the rest of the season.  with delonte starting it's possible we could still hold on to the #2 seed

Rondo is pathetic, he should be benched for many games for his attitude.

Pierce has given up on the game... He has started to shoot long jump shots.

Become Legendary.

What attitude? I'm assuming this doesn't apply to the Big 3 who are also playing horrible.

He's not injured.

If he was Doc wouldn't let him on the floor with 27 points down and a sure loss.

It's extremely obvious they're not trying hard tonight because of the back-to-back. They're playing at 50 percent right now. I guess that's fine considering the playoffs are coming up, but this will probably be the last game I watch until the playoffs.

If rondo sits rest of year, the 3 seed will almost be guranteed, as will having a worse record than the lakers and dallas.
