Ray stays in shape no matter what. Ray will look the same at 50 as he does now, part of it is his genes and the other part is his mental makeup. Plus look how great his mom looks at her age.
As for KG, I don't think he would walk away because Pierce is definitely going to be here and so is Rondo, so the two of them could easily coax KG into making a final effort. I know he might have a lot of pain but I can't see KG sitting still for more than 2 minutes.
