He may be a team killer, but can you call that band in South Beach a "team"? My answer is "no".
I dislike Lebron the same way I dislike Dwight Howard. They're both physically gifted players, with elite skills, but they don't play to win, they play to be "Big". They're still young, though, and I guess they could learn how to win. Wade is a more likable player, but he's also a ballhog, and he doesn't always play hard on both sides of the court. And Bosh is a good offensive player, but mediocre on defense.
In my opinion, you can't build a team without a strong defensive concept. Even with lots of talent, the Heat are not a team... yet. Time will tell if they manage to build a real team. Not this year, though.
