He seems frustrated, and crowded by the other guys and seems like he just wants to be the main event like he was at the Cavs.

Also the Heat are proving to be a worse support cast than the Cavs were, despite the other two superstars.

Miami are currently 43-19
Cleveland at the same time last year were 49-14

I found the worse record interesting..

Cleveland last year was a better, deeper team that this year's Heat lineup.

The flaw is the same, though: neither team really executes plays.  The reason is the same, too: Lebron.

No, it was a very smart decision, it greatly improved his chances of winning championships. Unless the world ends tomorrow or something like that, but in that case it wouldn't really matter.

IMO, to win a chip, LaBra would have to significantly change his game and play team-first ball.  He doesn't.  He doesn't move the ball, or even pass, unless it is for an expected assist.  No ball movement, no trust in teammates.

I think it will take someone with stones the size and density of Mt. Washington to put him in his place, which has never happened in his whole life.

It would take Riley.

Let's hope it doesn't happen.

Yeah Im loving Miami losing at the moment to be honest.

Just confirmed the suspicion that many had about a couple of guys not being able to beat a good all round team.

There are those of  us who knew all this stuff about him prior to MIA.  He racks up pointless stats everywhere he goes and regular season wins against inferior talent but pales when playing real teams.  He needs to shut up and grow up ASAP.

Lebron is going to win multiple rings in Miami.  I just don't think that there will be a team as good as Boston, LA, or San Antonio to stand in his way in the near future.  The Bulls will be tough competition, who knows about New York, and there are always the team that nobody really predicts, but no team has a better young core than the Heat.

Individually, yes.  Collectively, no.

Collectively, who do you like better?

Also, do you expect that the Heat will fail to improve either their roster or their cohesion over time?

funny how some are very optimistc of miami's chances in the future while they don't even have a "let's wait and see" attitude to certain celtic players

Collectively OKC, but that really depends if Perk can get back to even 70 percent of himself.

I don't know anybody in this thread that fits that description, since most people who disagreed with the trade are still supporting the new acquisitions.  Regardless, though, the calling out of posters who disagree with you is against our rules, so it's probably best for you to move on rather than continuing to take passive aggressive shots at other members.

LeBron has been in the NBA Finals in the past and has hasd multiple instances of tremendous success, both from an individual and team perspective, in the playoffs.

Just lost my post while typing...this will be shorter.

Miami will add pieces, but the core is flawed.  Lebron refuses to rotate the ball, and is only a willing passer when there is a high probability for an assist.  That's why his Cavs teams ran into a glass ceiling.

Neither Wade nor Lebron is a shooter, so they can't create space for each other, unlike Paul and Ray, two of the best shooters (and slashers in years past) in the league.  This simply won't change.

In the west, I like OKC and Denver much better, with Memphis as a sleeper.  Chicago and possibly NYK in the east.  I wouldn't count out the Nets just yet, either, though they need work.  Each of those rosters is far, far more balanced than Miami, though it seems that Memphis is a bit lacking in cohesion...
