Has anyone heard anything on any teams looking at him?

Seems like the guy dropped off the face of the earth after Miami waived him.

I would love to have him as insurance. He would get 10-15 minutes when either Rondo or Delonte is down, which would be totally fine. He fits our system much better than Miami's, and he had to play starter minutes in Miami. And let's be honest, he's a huge upgrade over Bradley as 3rd string PG, and Bradley's career ceiling isn't nearly as high as Arroyo's talent right now.

I would take him for the 15th spot as insurance if he wants to come here. Would he want to be the 15th guy on a team though? I would think he wants a chance to earn one more contract elsewhere.

I like Arroyo. Someone will grab him.
I think he's a good backup PG.

You mean as a pure PG? That I could agree.

As an overall player, Arroyo is a borderline NBA player right now and more out than in. Bradley's absolute ceiling is Alvin Robertson or something. his realistic ceiling Gerald Henderson (the father) and he should be at a Dahntay Jones' level quickly.

There are better options than Arroyo out there, even if with less name recognition.

Arroyo or Antonio Daniels...let's grab the one who best fits before the Fakers do. They can use a backup point and they will be in the market soon.http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/211770/Lakers_Will_Talk_About_Waiver_Moves_When_Kupchak_Returns_From_Europe

Why do they need a PG?  They have Fisher, Blake, and Brown.

What 2 positions (Jackson used the plural) do they need backups then? Those 3 pgs haven't done much for them this year.

I'm not crazy about Arroyo but we need a body to throw out there if Delonte can't go.

Arroyo has only had two really productive seasons on the court in the NBA, but his career averages include a better than 2 to 1 assist to turnover ration and shooting 33% from three.  He'd certainly be more useful as a backup if Delonte goes down than Chris Johnson would be, because if so many Boston bigs are hurt that Johnson is getting on the court, this team ain't goin' nowhere in the playoffs.

On a side note, he is shooting .438 for the year from beyond the arc. Not bad.

Well we're going to hear plenty now.  Really like the signing.

a PG that can shoot the 3 off the bench is always welcomed
