Pierce, Kobe, Duncan and Nowitski are dinosaurs and will be the last of a dying breed, that is, HOF players staying with one team.  i only see maybe wade, rose and durant sticking...griffin is gone...any others?

Not if David Stern has his way.

He wants stars to play for only one team during their prime.  That's why a players current team has had so many advantages to resigning a player (larger contract for an extra year, Bird rights)

I would expect a franchise option that will allow teams to keep players for multiple years.

Yeah, I think some changes are going to be made to give teams more power to keep their players.

In return though, the teams that have made their moves already are in great shape to be staying powers.

The LeBrona Exception coming up.

You call them the last of a dying breed, and then start a list of younger players that might be of the same "breed".

with all the uncertainty in the nba, player movement, the cba...i just made a short list of young players...with 450 players in the nba...coming up with just 3 or 4 players truly shows you the trend...i think the odds are in favor of seeing very few hof's sticking with just one team...
