I don't understand why everyone thinks Kevin Garnett is such a meanie!

Tonight at the end of the game he did something very, VERY nice for Alvin Gentry.

yeah, you know, its one thing for an ultra-intense competitor like KG to play mind games with opponents. but for a coach like gentry to start talking smack...somehow that's not an issue? coaches talk junk about other players and play head games in the playoffs, sure (phil and doc did plenty of this last year), but that's the playoffs. this is the regular season. i dunno...players can talk, fans can talk, but coaches shouldn't do that stuff during the regular season. i'm glad KG isn't backing down...it's obvious in this interview what he thinks about gentry.
