So when is Murphy's first game with the Celtics?

Just wondering if anyone knows when he can or will start playing for the Celts? I thought I heard someone on sports radio saying he might play tonight, but he's not even signed yet.

reportedly he can sign with us after 2pm today after clears waivers. So yea...i guess we can see him playing tonight

Not saying they will, but they did with Krstic and Green. I understand these are different circumstances as we don't NEED the body as much as we did when Krstic and Green played. Just pointing it out.

With Krstic the only dressed true center Doc will play Murphy.

Sherrod Blakely tweeted that he expects him to be suited up tonight. Not sure if Doc will play him without any practice.

I would think if he's can play he will. They though Johnson in about an hour after he arrived from the D-League. I can't imagine they wouldn't give him Johnson's minutes at the least.
