Is he trying to prove that he is a scorer on the level of Jeff Green or something? If he gets passed the ball it is an automatic shot, no matter what the matchup is or if someone is wide open . He facing up and chucking with a defender right on him , or trying to bull his way to the basket and throw up a prayer.

BBD needs to stay down in the low post and just rebound and get put backs and hit the 15-18 ft jumper when he is open. I don't see why we are giving BBD so many touches.

Get your fat behind under the basket and clear some space, we need some of that with Perk gone.

Davis thinks he is the face of the franchise going forward I swear. He has a huge ego ever since he made that one basket in Magic to win and it just tumbled out of control from there. Plain and simple he needs to see that Rondo is the future and he is not.

Been saying this all year. Its like he's got glue on his hands. All season whenever hes gotten the ball it just sticks, and everyone else stands around and watches him. His shot is off, he play terrible tonight. I usually like him in their during clutch times like this, tonight he should have been out of the game.

Comcast made him a scapegoat on two late fouls in the game where they weren't called on him, but made it seem like they were.

Not a good game for him though.

he feels the pressure now that Green is here and maybe Murphy on the way, that his pt will dissapear as will his chance at big $$ this summer, so he's trying to get all the stats in now. I say bench him when Green gets up to speed.

I would have put Green on Jefferson or Millsap down the stretch and see how it go. Baby was getting killed the whole day.

I feel like it could be a possibility that once Green gets used to our system that he could be taking those critical minutes away from Baby, especially if he continues to play this way.

By the way, that Green block was nasty tonight!

BBD is slumping, so is Odom. Its part of the game, they are bench players not consistent stars. He will get back to the BBD we known in due time.

Agreed. He hasn't been himself the last few games. The Glen we know and love will be back soon.

I would have no problem if this was merely a slump. His problems don't stem from there. Since last year he has stopped with the team concept. When he's hitting his shots, it kinda disguises this problem. But it has been going on for a while now.

The problem is not him missing shots. It's him making dumb basketball plays.

He's had a couple of down games on this trip, (though he's averaging 11.7 PTs, 5.2 RBs, and 1.3 ASTs per game off the bench) ... so let's take him out and shoot him. :P

Why don't we see these threads when KG, Ray or Paul have slumps?!?

Watching the game, (early second quarter), as I write this ... Big Baby just had two offensive boards in-a-row, and both times fed the ball to a team-mate for the shot, then the following two possessions, he cleared room in the paint for Pierce to drive to the hoop ... so much for the "ball-hog" theory).

Doc decided to gift wrap Al Jefferson a great game by allowing him to play Baby most of the night. I can't believe Doc would rather watch a lead disappear, then trade baskets due to Baby's obvious inabilities. This score should have never been close. Starting unit got it up 13, once again, before the the consistent collapse culprit coughed it up. This has been a problem since 08.

Sorry Bahku, but I have to disagree with you on this one. BBD was absolutely horrid last night and had he played even halfway decent we would have walked away with a 15 point win. 2-8 from the floor with only 4 boards in 27 minutes is terrible stuff. He committed 5 awful fouls, played no defense at all, and his shot selection was poor. He isn't lately just missing the jumpers, he's not even close with them. The guy usually plays with a huge amount of hustle and he wasn't even doing that. BBD has been bad for the last couple months in spite of what the numbers say and we all know it.
