We won the championship because of shooters and defense.

Where does Perk fix our shooting? Green helps in the scoring department (shooting) and plays D.
Nenad helps in the scoring (shooting) and plays some D.

You have to give to get something done. We only had perk or BBD to give up.

We are able to pay BBD because he is cheaper but Perk wanted more than we could give. I do not want to give up PERK for NOTHING.

Danny did the right thing for the franchise.

He did not put the Franchise off their goal since SIZE is still here and our shooting improved, our winf scoring and defense improved and nate is gone (improvement with dwest).

Murphy, Powe will improve the toughness with Nenad and Shaq and JO.

I am ready to battle the small east teams out there are you?

you can't play all these players...

Murphy adds what Kristic would and Butler adds wing depth while keeping our starting unit intact.

exactly. which is why you don't trade your starting center...and add shooters in Murphy and Butler...along with Nate, DWest, and Wafer (all shooters)

He moved pretty well coming back from a surgery...but a knee sprain casts doubts on his ability to rehab and come back?

Shaq is better than Perk.
Green is WAY better than Perk.
Krstic is taller then Perk.

Im starting to warm up to the trade.

TP. People keep saying how Kristic fixes Perk's lack of shooting, but if Kristic is our starting center in the playoffs we are screwed.

the plan is for Shaq to start in place of Perk and Shaq is not a shooter.

Did you not hear DA and DOC say that we need to space the floor for Rondo. We need a scoring center with rebounding ability. Perk was a defensive specialist for D Howard and Bynum (to a certain extent) but when you have 2 guys that cannot shoot like Rondo and Perk on the floor, your offense is easily defended. That is why our O is middle of the pack in the league. We need to have players that a interchangeable and can score on the floor

yea because the sprain is to his good knee, so if he overcompensates for it by putting more pressure on his bad knee then he could easily hurt it again. This happen all the time with athletes . ( Leon Powe 2009)

fair enough, but Perk coming back healthy for the playoffs is way more likely than Shaq coming back healthy for the playoffs...and Shaq is the plan for starting center in the playoffs.

shaq is going to be playing next week, they aren't going to run him into the ground . This was more of a vacation for shaq than actual serious injuries .

And Perk was left to roam around as he wished?

there is no way that we plan to start Kristic in the playoffs.

and the player that spaces the floor for Rondo with the second unit is Murphy.

Shaq is motivated to win over kobe. I want to see how he looks when he comes back. Did he lose some weight or has he rehabbed to come back strong.
Remember Doc and Shaq live in Orlando with DHoward too...any connections there yet.
