I watched the 1st half, and the Heat were up by 20 at one point. At half time, I switched back to playing Black Ops as I figured the Magic were done for.

Completely forgot the Heat can't close out games, and the Magic are chuckers from 3 and are bound to get some sort of "hot" streak with 6-8 shooters on that team.
Can't stop, Rondo!

This is the reason I just won't sleep on the Magic. Howard is playing extremely well, and they always seem to have those unstoppable runs in them. In every game they seem to have a run where they seem to do no wrong for quite a few minutes. You sustain that and you're good. But as flawed as they are, they're a very dangerous team. And those Howard elbows are capable of injuring our whole squad.

Andy Bernard doesnt lose constests. He wins them, or he quits them because they're unfair.

Their record for close games is... well, I love it. The only win they've gotten is against OKC when House hit a 3. None of their superstars can shoot.

I love LeBron and always have, and know that this is a sin, but I can't help myself, being only human.

He's just an incredible player. I don't think it's even possible that he calls all the plays since the coaches do alot of that. If he's playing hero ball, it's because someone told him to.

So he chokes sometimes. He is so young with such a load on his shoulders. He'll improve on that once he finds the right team and coaches.

He doesn't just choke sometimes.... He chokes all the time. He's basically not clutch at all.

I just don't see how this team could get past a team like the Celtics in a 7 game series. I don't even see this team being a force in the next few years considering all of the hype that has surrounded them. Man, Van Gundy was so [dang] wrong about that team.

Eh, the Cavs probably thought we were going to be a cakewalk in last year's playoffs after our regular season bouts. Playoffs are a different animal.

This is why I am not in love with Hollinger's pts differential methodology to rank teams. The Heat just don't get the job done in close games against solid teams. At least the Celtics of last year had the track record from the previous years and had been battling injuries.
I think its a fine indicator for how a team has played over the course of a season. Once you're in the playoffs match ups matter a lot more though.
