I think once he gets used to Rondo's quick, no-look passes he's gonna mesh really well into the office. I love the he can actually dribble the ball unlike our last center :P

haha jk love you perk
Andy Bernard doesnt lose constests. He wins them, or he quits them because they're unfair.

Krstic does look pretty good so far. The one jumper I've seen him take was wet and he's been hitting the offensive glass hard.

Like his energy, the offensive rebounding he's given us and his jumper. Not a bad pick up.

If he continues to run the floor like this, he'll get a lot of easy buckets.

Assuming that Rondo passes him the ball, of course...

This is probably a function of not knowing what else to do.  The C's don't usually have anyone going for offensive rebounds, so this is probably part of a "just go out there and play" thing to get the newbies on the court.

For the 10-15 min backup role he'll be asked to play, he's an upgrade. Shaq/JO plus Krstic should be an excellent playoff Center rotation. Then you add West, Green, and BBD off the bench, and you got yourself a pretty darn good contender.

Kristic could always play. In OKC, he was the 4th option, with options 1 and 2 holding on to the ball forever. I'm not surprised by his play, and think that while his D is a drop-off from Perk, the gains on the offensive side kind of balance things out. In fact, given how we play team D, I think he could be a decent defensive player here. He can move pretty well, and is very active.

Don't worry, if the two new guys stink it up against Utah it will be a different story.  ;D

Just the nature of the beast.

I really don't expect the rebounding to continue.  But the guy is a big body and he has a sweet jumper.  That will be valuable.

I agree. Rondo has another Big to drop it off to for a 15 ft assist as well.

Krstics game gets better than his OKC days just by playing alongside KG. That helps any big. Ask Semih Erden

That was nice surprise. Having watched Krstic on the Thunder he never seemed that active on the boards. Hopefully he continues it though and it just isn't a "see I can play guys" debut.
