I keep hearing that the two O'Neals will be "fully" healthy.

What does fully healthy mean? In regards to these two it means "Currently Playable." with the reserve that any moment they go down.

At this point in the season, I'd say fully healthy means playing at about 60-70% percent strength and actually playing in ballgames.

That may be true for Jermaine but I expect Shaq to be much stronger than 60-70% come playoffs. I would bet he's feeling better than 70% right now.

Old player fully healthy is may still mean aches and pains. These guys are arthritic already.

Me three.  While were here, the question is the meaning of "will be".  I heard Shaq may be ready to go next week but JO has maybe another month?  ???

i'm quite ok with jo taking his time to come back. same with shaq. let them take longer if it will keep them more fresh in the playoffs. i think we'll be fine in the near term with a rotation of kg/bbd/kristic/green/maybe powe until the oneals are healthy.

If JO returns slightly healthy, that's at least 6 extra fouls guarding Howard, Bynum, Gasol and other big men in the play-offs.
