Not as Tough I know. Not as smart. Not as cool. Posey shot the three better, and always came up with the loose balls.

But Doc was just talking about Posey and what he meant to our team, when we won it all.

And how we loved playing him at the four with KG at center when we went small,  (which was often)

This kid is 24, is best suited as a fast paced four, who can shoot the three and space the floor for Rondo.

A problem we had with Rajon and Perk on the court together at the end of games.

And this kid is a much better finisher that Posey ever was that's for sure.

He's also really fast and a great athlete at 6'9" that we really need.

Hopefully he buys in 100% on team Defense. And he will have to if he expects heavy minutes on this team.

The new James Posey 24 years old. KG give him the edge he needs and where in good shape.

much better player than Posey, imo.   I give it a month until some homer on this forum comments he's "Len Bias reincarnated".

OKC wanted him to be Pippen to Durant's Jordan... but the Bulls never forced Pippen to play Power Forward.

That team was a bad fit for him.  I watched the Sonics the last year they were here in Seattle and it was clear from even before their first game that Jeff Green would need to be traded at some point.  Originally they tried playing him at his natural SF and Durant at SG... eventually they realized that it was mildly insane to play a future phenom out of position... so Jeff Green got stuck pretending to be a big man.

Nothing against posey but not only is this a younger version of james, he's much much better.
