Orange County is quite different from L.A. County. Kobe lives right there in Newport Beach, and if you realistically toured the Newport Coast to the Sacramento Kings players, they would undoubtedly want to live there (Nice beaches, great weather, laid back culture). Newport Beach is one of the premier places to live in the country.
Financially, Anaheim makes the most sense, and the Honda Center is a very nice venue, but the O.C. is dominated by Lakers fans, and the arrival of the "Blake Show" doesn't help. With that said, other cities are more deserving, most importantly, Sacramento. Hate to see die-hard fans get screwed like that. If that's not possible, I think Seattle makes sense. San Diego also might work.
