Lakers very slow bringing the ball upcourt and in initiating their offense ... you'd think they'd want to put as much pressure on the C's as possible while they have some momentum instead of letting Boston set up it's halfcourt defense. Odd decision(s).

I knew this was gonna happen when Kobe was over passing in the first half. KNEW it.

Pierce has got to get on Kobe...ridiculous task to ask of Von Wafer

Celts look tired. Pierce has been terrile, probably because he is sick. Wafer can't guard kobe and nate stinks. Lakers are going to win this game, but I expected it and I am happy to be at the garden tonight

We don't have a chance unless KG can find some of his game

We're still only down 2 points despite only playing 7 players. I don't how some people have a problem with this.

Whatever...

pierce is sick..i don't think he can stay with kobe. doc needs his offense esp with ray on the bench...pace of this game is way too slow

Only a two point game with 3:30 left in the quarter. They are stopping LA from building a lead here and biding time until Ray can come back.

This is okay.

boston will be down 10 points at least to start the 4th

Wow. I said earlier I expected the Lakers to win tonight given the Celtics depleted squad, but being down 2 right now with that depleted squad is hopeful, not hopeless.

They could still easily lose, and it could be a double digit loss, but I do not see this sluggish Lakers team running out the 3rd into double digits.

I would love to understand Doc's strategy of putting Wafer defensively on Kobe. Rondo would be much better and it's not like he is spending a lot of energy on the offensive end.

Lazy pass into the post by Kobe. Nice deflection by KG.
