Ray Allen. One of the classiest guys to ever touch a basketball and the best 3 pt shooter ever.

Incredible. So glad I was here to see it.

Frustrating that the evil empire got back in but hey up 8, so we won that quarter too. Let's see a great 24 minutes by Boston and an awful 24 minutes by the Lakers.

looks like a long night for rondo...maybe go wafer, ray and PP to get him some rest...we need a nice quick spurt in the second half to get up 13-15

On pick and rolls, I think Doc will have his bigs drop further into the paint and bait Bryant/Fisher into taking the mid-range J instead of opening up the lobs in to Bynum by showing so hard.

Offensively, continue to punish Fisher with Ray, hope Paul gets something going and work KG in the post or low picks for Rondo.

Great half for Von Wafer.

First off Congrats to Ray Ray!! ;D

Wafer has been a big spark. I always had a good feeling about this kid, I'm glad to see him getting quality minutes.

I felt the energy in the beginning was amazing which is why we got off to a great start...slacked off to close the half which is unacceptable. Especially against the Lakers.

PP has been off but he has the flu so he gets a pass, he's doing well on defense.

I'm not a Nate fan this season but my GOD we don't need another injury!!! Get better ASAP!

We're home, the crowd is lit, 24 more minutes of good solid basketball and we should be fine. As always the first possession of the 3rd quarter will tell me all. I feel like Kobe's up to something...the excessive passing is not like him. Defense on him this half has to be STELLAR.

8 point lead at the half after getting too relaxed. Let's hope we stay out of foul trouble and fatigue in the 2nd half and we should be OK.

Need a strong start, get the crowd even more into it. Look to KG down low and Ray off screens. Hope there's not a bunch a cheap fouls.

For anybody for who was unlucky to miss Ray's record breaking moment or if you just want to watch it again, there are 3 videos on the main page already.

If the Lakers are smart, they will pound it inside on almost every possession. The lack of bodies at center could really hurt this game.
