He lives in Lincoln, I think. But he must go to Cheesecake in Burlington all the time, because he did the same thing for my neighbor's high school graduation party last year, at the same restaurant.

Nice what an awesome story... Apparently Rondo loves the cheesecake factory. A friend of my ex was at the MFA fight in Mass sometime last year and in walks Baby and Rondo with a couple other friends to enjoy the fight. At some point they met up started talking and Baby and Rondo invited the girls out to dinner and drinks. They ended up going to the cheesecake factory and hanging out for a few hours.

Back to the original story. What a nice guy Rondo is. I would love to be in that position to pick up anybody's check that i wanted.

Not sure about Rondo living in Burlington. But I do know that the Cheesecake Factory is a frequent hot spot for Celtics players. My friend and I saw our former 15th man-Michael "Yogi" Stewart eating at the Chestnut Hill Cheescake Fact. with his wife and kids back in like 2006 we wished him good luck with the season. I don't think he made it through that season.

Let's just hope Baby's not a frequent CF customer.

Great story for Rondo, I'm glad that our CBer posted it.  He's also been keeping tabs on Bradley up in ME and I think he's maturing into a team leader at a fine pace indeed.  (He's had some pretty good mentors.)

I have to say though, that if 20 years from now in an Antoinesque story I hear Rondo is broke I will think of this.
