It seems like Rondo's offensive game this year is almost completely based on his intelligence. He doesn't utilize his speed as much (before, he scores by getting to the basket, and now he's taking mostly jump shots). He doesn't use his athleticism - he doesn't try to draw contact when in the paint, he rarely finishes contested fast breaks by himself, and other than against Bosh, he doesn't attempt to dunk. He doesn't pull stuff from his old bag of flashy tricks such as the behind the back passes and ball fakes. It's kind of amazing how effective Rondo has been despite not playing the same style as postseason Rondo...
