I heard the Lakers wanted to put out their own shoe to respond, but it was too expensive to make the first 1/3rd in Minnesota and the rest halfway across the country.

the statements pretty broad, after thinking about it again does anybody feel it's a bit over the top just for a regular season game? If this were a finals game it's one thing but I don't know..

I don't think it's any kind of statement from KG....blame Anta's marketing team if you want to blame anyone at all...KG is under contract with them.

This has certainly created some buzz on some Celtics' boards and Lakers' boards too...so, Anta's marketing team deserves some props.

Well, you are right about letting things go, BUT - that free throw discrepancy there at the end of game 7....

YA!!! you are absolutely right we got cheated but if we use that argument, flaker fans will bring up Game 2(38-10 celtic favor) of 2008 finals and argue about freethrow discrepency.

complaining about the incompetent refs is like a never ending cycle of stupidity and us celtic fans are better than that

Yeah - you have a point. But I think that Boston was destined to win in 07-08 even with less of a free throw discrepancy in that game you mentioned, with Bynum healthy or with Ariza healthy.

You are right, though. Time to let it go. But it is just something about Laker fans that I love to see them upset - especially at our expense. I don't wish bad on them or anything, but seeing them lose just makes me happy.
