rebounds hardly ever just come to you...it is all position experience, and anticipation....

you really think powe was bad at D....i don't. He was solid all around...i thought.

Gody seems to be good at getting into his position and not letting it up.

Ya, i could get to liking him.....anyone who rebounds hard is good for our team..! Now if he can draw fouls also with those...ohman..... = Leon Powe time...YES..!

as bad as powe was defensively though, gody is so much worse.

Yeah but you can learn D. Just look at Von Wafer... he's improved... and so can Gody.

of course, i didnt say anything bout them staying that way. learning D takes effort, some BBIQ and experience. was just commenting on how bad gody is defensively. he really needs to improve that aspect, bec as i see that's the only thing keeping him from having consistent playing time.

Not sure I'll be able to stay up for them but Bill Walton doing color for the next two Celts games should be fun.

Man, you can tell the C's dont take the Cavs seriously, they are basically playing around right now and are still sustaining a huge lead.

They play like way against the bottom feeders, and it comes back to bit them in the rear.

Doc liked Powe more than Baby in 08, but he started preferring Baby once he started getting the J to fall the next season.

with that said, with the cheap shots cavs are giving out, and the game basically over, why is rondo still playing?

of course, baby was still a rookie that year. but the next year baby still doesnt have that J, but he was getting more playing time than powe bec of this.

Of course with the effort powe gives its easy to overlook his flaws- team defense and being a blackhole (much like bbd is at times this year)

probably cause Marquis is out... so that would bring Semih in the game and push Gody to SF, Davis to PF...

Seems like Perk has been out for years. It is great to know that we will have him for this West Coast swing.

And soon after - Delonte.

I myslef LOVED POWE...he was just what we needed. his rebounds on both sides stiched it up.....he finished well, dunked often, from flat footed down low.....wish he was still here and healthy...!  Oh yea, he NEVER wasted time shooting a 3......!
