Celtics had to play near perfect again in order to overcome the thoroughly biased officiating.
Danny Crawford singlehandedly kept the Magic
in the game. Some questions:
1. Was it NBA policy the game had to be tight to instill
the "rivalry" selling point ?
2. The closing spread that bettors use was Celtics -3.
Official Vegas lines were from -3 to -4 all day. Notice
how every time the C's got up, the refs stepped in. They
appeared to not want Boston to cover that line, IF they win
at all. They succeeded. Boston bets either pushed or lost
against the spread. The money line bets won, but only because
our Boston players MADE that happen in face of the fix.
I am so disgusted this is still happening.
