If you could give advice to a NBA player to improve how they play, who would you give advice to and what would it be?

LeBron James: Hire Kevin McHale to teach you his secrets of the post.

On a lighter note, also to LeBron:

Don't say anything - just play, like Paul Pierce

LeBron: Just... just..just shut up. Play basketball it's what you're good at.

Bosh: Grow your hair back out you look like a dinosaur

Rondo: Shoot more, use your floater, drive and make baskets. Who cares if you miss a FT as long as you make the lay-up?

Pierce: Stay out of the BBC!

KG: (in nacho libre voice) take it easy. Come back when you're 100%

Delonte: Keep your head up we love you and cant wait til you get back!

BBD: Less shooting, more rebounding.

Nate: Grow like 6 inches.
Andy Bernard doesnt lose constests. He wins them, or he quits them because they're unfair.

He noticeably plays harder in some games than others. That doesn't necessarily make him a "slacker." But he's inconsistent in his level of effort. I can't say the same for other elite players. For example, I've watched Paul Pierce his whole career, and I've hardly ever thought, "Paul isn't playing that hard out there." I can't say the same for Rondo. Rondo too often has it on cruise control.

I think we'll have to excuse Rajon for some of the games he's had. I think those ankles have been bothering him lately. At least from what I've seen from him.

When R2 is on, there is virtually no one in the whole league that can stop him. Plus, you always have to remember that Rajon will only be 25 next month and he's already got that ring. LeBron's got all the records but where's his ring? Surround Rondo with quality players and chances are you'll have a very good to excellent basketball team. Rondo has shown that the fact you don't have a jump shot is not always a problem. There are other ways to score the basketball.

Wade: Respect the Game

Rondo: Use Your Resources (Ray Allen particularly) No need to outsource Shooting Coaching (Mark Price).

Baby: You want the big paycheck. Be a Monster on the Boards.

Ron: Unleash the Crazy

Bargnani: You are 7feet tall, Stay in the paint.

BBD: Pass the Ball

Rondo: Drive to the basket... On every play... You can beat every defender in the league.

Perkins (for his return): Don't put the ball on the floor. Ugh. Stop putting the ball on the floor!

Marquis: Go to the rim, every chance you get, because you are somehow able to drive by anyone and everyone that guards you.

Lebron: Shut your mouth.

Melo: Just tell us you want to go to NY when you're a free agent, I'm getting a headache.

Dwight: Stop lifting weights and work on your offense again with Hakeem... Youre big enough already.

Chris Bosh: Go home.

I think that a few years ago this may have been the case but at this point in time it's not. I do think that when the team's playing lethargically Rondo's more likely toget the blame for it than Paul or Ray  but that's about it.

I would say:

Derek Fisher: Work on your lay ups.

Hasheem Thabeet: Stop being the #2 overall pick. Also the ball can't actually injure you, so you don't have to be afraid of it.

Gallo - Be more assertive on the court.
