If The C's win the championship this year and Garnett and Allen both retire after their contracts expire do you think they will go into the HOF as a Celtic or for KG a timberwolve and Allen Seattle.  If Allen plays here 5-6 years I think he goes in as a Celtic.  He played 5 years for Milwakee and 7 for Seattle.  KG on the other hand has was a Timberwolve for over a decade and he will be a C for 6 years.

KG has said he wished he came to Boston years before and we are a winning organization, in contrast to Minny.

He is a Celtic.  And so is Ray.  Where do they have their rings?  That's where they go.

i honestly dont care what they would choose.  for me personally, they won a title as a celtic, so they are a celtic in my eyes.

Tough question. For KG, the TWolves gave him his name and his hall of fam numbers. however, the celtics turned him into a champion.

Same with Allen, he put HOF numbers up in both Mil and Seattle, but the Celtics gave him the ring.

I don't think basketball players go into the Hall under a team like they do in baseball.  First of all it's not the NBA hall of fame; it's just the basketball hall of fame.  The player pictures at the hall are just generic black and white head shots.  In the MLB hall of fame your plaque gets drawn up with cap and logo but not so for basketball.

Can we still make believe they go in under a team?

If so, they will go in as Celtics with 2 championship rings each.

If we all confined ourselves to discussing real things, this board would have about two posts per day.

LOL.  Speaking of fictional things, there's a steven i smith thread being discussed today.

Allen and Garnett are champions as Celtics.  All that matters to me.

people always say that it would be between seattle or boston. ray only played 3 1/2 years in seattle. if anything, it should be between boston and milwaukee, but of course he wouldn't choose them so i think boston is a no-brainer.
