I know what you're thinking.

I'm new to basketball and I've finally decided to actually watch it. So, I had to pick a team. Why? The greatest player of all time Bill Russell played there and they're a team into the playoffs. Plus, they're.. I don't know, but I hit an ultimate connection after watching Game 7. I felt betrayed and let down but I felt that redemption shall be brought upon us. That's why I'm here.  ;D

Welcome!  We have something in common.  Bill Russell also led me to become a Celtics fan.  Except it was in 1969 when I first started following the Celtics.

Hey guys,

Ive been reading your forum for about two years now and enjoyed it tremendously but i never registered because i was already active on some other forums and also felt that i could not contribute that much because im not nearly as knowledgeable when it comes to Celtics as some of you. But lately ive been thinking about registering and now i saw this topic and said why not.

Im originally from Croatia and i came to the US for my senior year of high school because i wanted to experience American basketball and culture. I got pretty lucky and ended up getting a scholarship so i stayed for college and will graduate in May. I started following the C's as a kid, right around the time when they drafted Pierce and have been a die hard fan since. I catch a lot of hate for being a Celtics fan since im living in Pistons country but its all worth it.
