It seems to me that JO is coasting.  He will put out for a block but then not really hustle to say set a pick or just get back on D.  I will certainly cut him some slack for a few games as he has been injured but I think he has more to give if he tries.  It is almost like he is just coasting for the playoffs (like Wallace last year and the so called "switch").  That is not what we need from him.  It is time for him to dig down, play hard, and establish a role for himself on this team.

Last year Jermaine started in 70 games, played in the most games he had since 2003-2004. He scored 14 pts, 7 rebounds, shot a career high 53% and played great defense as always. The guy is far from washed up. He's one of the better interior defenders in the game and is adequate offensively (better than Perk). Great to have him on the court and once he gets his rhythm back and develops some chemistry with the team (especially when Rondo comes back), he should be even better. A defensive lineup of him and KG or him and Perk is gonna be beastly.
