Wondering what everyone thinks about him on the bench, or at home?

Will he drop f-bombs all over TV, or will he keep it more reserved this time?

Count me as one who thinks he should sit home if he can't contain himself.  I love his intensity, but think perception sometimes becomes reality in some people's minds.  His mean mugging and cussing on the sidelines doesn't bother me personally. Hopefully, he'll just sit there and relax.

I think he's more of a distraction than an asset on the bench.  Just use that time to rehab.

  • You say when......
Look, KG runs the floor, he IS the authority. Remember last year when he was out...we couldn't play right until he came back. BBD shoots a stupid 3 (mostly because it was late in the game, and not vs NJ!) doc just gave him that..."a Three???"  What would kg do....MAKE HIM CRY...!!! Again..who do you think they listen to more...! So, KG on the bench is good for the team....because...KG is watching you......!!!

KG is easily a benefit on the bench ... he's a very large part of the heart of this team, and takes a huge part in the coaching of this team, especially the younger players who look up to him. He supplies positive energy, encouragement, and accountability if he's on the sidelines, and how does it affect his attitude if he's watching alone from the locker-room? No thanks ... he should be with the team, for better or worse!

Perhaps Tommy and Mike can let him do a little guest color work.

They would, of course, have to put the telecast on a much longer delay.

  • It's all about the TEAM!
The only reason we should no longer want to see KG was if he was on a different team. The man bleeds Celtics, let him be there!

  • Our heart will prevail.
I really enjoyed seeing rondo on the bench honestly, he was up and shouting. If i was a player, ide love to have him on the bench to scream, yell, motivate, critique and watch.

No better cheerleader then KG in my mind. Hope he is there ...

KG won't be there, pretty sure he doesn't feel like being seen or dealing with the media unless he's back on the court. We know how he feels about discussing his injuries.
